The employee's election of board members took place on April 22, 2010. The counting of the votes is now completed and the result was that the employees elected the following candidates to the Bank's board of directors

•   Kenneth M. Samuelsen, IT and network support
•   Mette Dahl Christensen, Advisor - Retail

 

The board members elected by the employees hold office for a period of four
years and will join the board with immediate effect.

 

The Board of Directors of BankNordik hereafter consists of:

•   Klaus Rasmussen, chairman of the board
•   Jens Erik Christensen, vice chairman of the board
•   Keld Søndergaard Holm, board member
•   Nils Suni Sørensen, board member
•   Kenneth M. Samuelsen, board member elected by the employees
•   Mette Dahl Christensen, board member elected by the employees
